Q. How do I log into the Leeb's Income Performance site?
A. On each mailing label and on every email that you receive we will include your customer code with which you can access our website. Just click on "Member Log-in" on the upper right side of the home page and type in your customer code.
Q. How do I sign up for the Leeb's Market Forecast free e-letter?
A. You can sign up for the free e-letter by adding your email into the Leeb Market Forecast bar on the top of the website, or you can sign up by clicking here www.leebmarketforecast.com
Q. I am not receiving the Alerts or the Weekly Market updates. What can I do?
A. Some Internet providers interpret our alerts as undeliverable. There are a few things that can be done to current the problem: If you have a 3rd party Spam filtering system (as offered with Norton Anti-Virus and other similar software programs) you will need to put lip@sovhomestead.com on your non-block (safe) list. You may also put lip@sovhomestead.com on your buddy list. Contact your internet provider directly to resolve any other problems with undeliverable alerts. Please check your emails and our website regularly as we cannot be responsible for alerts that are bounced back by the various internet carriers.
Q. When does the most recent issue get posted on the site?
A. On the fifteenth of every month a new issue will be posted on the site.
Q. I have not received my monthly printed issue in the mail can I order another copy?
A. You can call our Subscription Services at 1-877-883-8356, to request a copy of the lost issue. This is also the number to call if you need to change your mailing or email address and if you want to renew your subscription - in other words, for all non-investment related issues.
Q. How long does it take from the time that I pay for the subscription to you letter to when I will get the first issue?
A. You should be receiving your first issue in the following month, unless your subscription was processed at the end of the month - then you will receive your issue on the next full month. In the meantime, you can access all past issues, current issue, instant alerts, market updates and view all portfolios on our website.
Q. If I don't want to continue with your subscription, can I get a refund?
A. Yes, you sure can. If you are not satisfied for any reason with your subscription, you will receive a full refund. If you have renewed and are still not satisfied with our service, you will receive a refund on a pro-rated basis.
Q. What happens when a recommendations is changed between the issues - how would I know about the change?
A. Any time we sell a position or buy a position mid-month, we announce the sale or purchase, and the reason for it, immediately online and via an Instant Alert. So check our website frequently - in case your instant alert does get blocked by your email provider.
